Please be aware that upon submission of this application form, you agree to adhere to its terms and terms for the 5 Element Nutrition course Scholarship application & informed consent.

By registering and applying, you agree that you've read over our curriculum and syllabus. You acknowledge and understand what is required for completion of the program and any current/future continuing education credits. Also, by registering and applying below, you agree to the payment terms and that there are no refunds or cancellations available. 

Once all applications have been received we will be in touch with successful applicants by July 31st, 2024 with enrollment & tuition payment details.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are only able to award partial scholarships each semester. This allows us to include more students each semester and year who might need financial assistance. To be clear and transparent, our partial scholarship rate is a sliding scale and based on an honour system. We value your contribution according to what you can afford & on your economic circumstances.

Please be mindful to apply only if you need financial assistance. It is first come, first serve, with limited space and a priority given to those with the most needs.
